Gluten-Free Almond Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

1 Cup Almond Butter,

1 Cup Brown Sugar

1 Egg

1 tsp Vanilla

1 tsp Baking Soda

1/2 cup choc. chips


  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and form tablespoon size balls and place on a tray lined with parchment paper or sprayed with cooking spray

  2. Sprinkle with a drop of sea salt

  3. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes
